Kanhai Shah, an IT professional with over a decade of Higher Education experience in the United States, uses a simple and student-led approach to align students’ interest to their career goals to choose their ideal major and university. His extensive work experience counselling both local and international students since 2010, allows him to help students make informed decisions regarding their career.

Rishva Mehta, a passionate, data-driven and customer obsessed Product Management Leader with entrepreneurial mindset and over 14 years of experience in the eCommerce domain. She has launched new products, developed go-to-market strategies, and built product roadmaps for companies like Wayfair, TripAdvisor, Care.com, Staples, and Lovevery. She is a guest speaker at Boston College Carroll School of Management as well.

Rishva & Kanhai resides in Boston, Massachusetts with their adorable daughter. Apart from being a passionate and vibrant entrepreneurs, Rishva is a full time Product Leader working with numerous clients as an independent consultant. Whereas, Kanhai is a full time Senior Applications Specialist working within the University system.
